We're looking for a Showroom Coordinator to represent our brand, manage the newly renovated Melbourne showroom and build relationships with our discerning retail clientele. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience or a recent graduate looking to gain experience in the interior design industry.

About the role:
You will be exposed to the world of interiors and high-end luxury products and work as part of a motivated, dynamic team.

While your position has a strong focus on clients, you will share your time supporting the rest of the team with office/administration duties and logistics tasks.

You will be the face of the brand and coordinate all initial customer enquiries, providing them with support, quotations and manage the clients project from start to finish, providing great after care.

You will provide the ultimate client experience, developing authentic relationships with the clients by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a luxury experience.

You will develop product knowledge and learn to promote the features and benefits of the full product range.

The newly renovated Melbourne showroom is your domain – upkeep, cleaning and presentation of your space is paramount to the TSAR brand and you’ll have control over this.

Business Development & Design Associate - New York City, U.S.

We're looking for a Business Development & Design Associate to represent our brand and manage relationships with some of America's biggest interior and architecture firms, based in New York City. Candidates must have 5+ years experience in a premium, luxury brand specializing in interior products and services to the A&D market, preferably custom-made carpets and rugs. You must have an established A&D network of both colleagues and clientele in New York and the Tri-state area.

About the role:
You will work as part of a global, motivated and dynamic team, within the world of interiors and high-end luxury products.

You will represent the company as Brand Ambassador providing the ultimate client experience along with maximizing overall sales opportunities and understanding client/market conditions when acquiring and developing new business.

You are accountable for individual performance goals through meeting established monthly sales goals.

You will develop authentic relationships with your established clientele and new clients by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a luxury experience.

Product knowledge and promoting the features and benefits of the full product range is essential.
