Team Coordinator - Melbourne, Australia

We are looking for a recent graduate who is passionate about design, textiles and interiors to join our Melbourne team, support staff members and showroom activities. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is eager to learn and be exposed to all areas of the business. .

Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Graduate of Interior Design / Marketing / Textiles degree or Cert 5 in Interior Design / Marketing / Textiles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite - especially Excel

Ideal candidate outline:
Good communicator - At TSAR, customers are our most valuable assets. They come back to us after 10 years or more thanks to our product quality, customer service and the bespoke experience. Excellent communication skills are crucial when speaking to customers face-to-face, via phone, email, mail, or during online/on-site meetings.
Creative - Our showroom is a hub for creativity. You'll have the opportunity to work with the team to create new salon displays and think of fresh ways of presenting our products/collections in the showroom.
Flexible - Thinking on your feet and being able to adapt with new situations in the showroom is a must. Every day is different. You will be responsible for keeping track of showroom visitors/activities and communicating this with the rest of the team.
Organised - You will be supporting all members of the Melbourne team when required. It will be crucial to familiarise yourself with everyone's calendars, make sure the showroom is clean and set up for client meetings, greet visitors and make sure everything is running smoothly. You will be the first point of call for visitors and the internal team.

About the role:
Design consultation support for clients - You will be mentored and coached to assist the team with conducting consultations and follow ups with clients.
Merchandising support - You will be mentored and coached to assist with all showroom activities. This includes preparing the showroom for client meetings, creating window displays, hosting breakfasts, events and presentations as a way to educate and inspire designers to work with TSAR.
Outreach support - You will be mentored and coached to assist the team in exploring and implementing new ways of outreach to grow our client/designer database.
Other - You will be mentored and coached on wearing multiple hats in one single working day.

Remuneration: A remuneration package including super etc. will be offered to the right applicant (depending on experience, skills and qualifications).

Employment Type: Full time position from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. Some rostered Saturday work may be required.

We're looking for a Business Development & Design Associate to represent our brand and manage relationships with Australia’s biggest interior and architecture firms in Brisbane, QLD. Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in a premium, luxury brand specialising in interior products and services to the A&D market, preferably custom-made carpets and rugs. You must have an established A&D clientele in Brisbane.

About the role:
This is an interesting, vital and sometimes challenging job within high-end custom carpet and rug industry.

You will represent the company as Brand Ambassador, confidently schedule in meetings and set up/conduct client presentations. You will provide the ultimate client experience along with maximizing overall sales opportunities and understanding client/market conditions, then acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts.

You will develop authentic relationships with your established clientele and new clients by assessing their needs, making personalised product recommendations, and creating a luxury experience.

You are accountable for individual performance goals through meeting established monthly sales goals.
