TSAR Carpets showcased two designs from the upcoming Forma collection, launching August 2021, at the No Vacancy Hospitality Design Fair in Sydney. The fair took place at ICC Sydney from June 1-2, 2021 and was a great opportunity for the TSAR team to reconnect with the design and hospitality industries

The concept behind the TSAR Carpets stand was to create an enclosed space like a ‘treasure box’ that hopes to spark curiosity and draw people in. The stand is reminiscent of a luxurious, moody hospitality interior that embodies the boldness and quick of the TSAR brand. Australian companies Arthur G and KODA supplied the furniture and lighting.
TSAR customised and recreated the Yin design in three different construction methods – hand-tufted, printed and Axminster. The pieces were then joined to create one rug for the stand. This demonstrated the difference in construction methods and how we are able to recommend the best solution for a project by balancing aesthetics, budget and performance. The three construction methods featured are commonly specified in hospitality interiors.
